Heleen Dura van Oord is a Dutch entrepreneur and investor who founded DQ&A Media Group in 2001. She is co-founder and partner at investment firms Peak Capital and Future Food Fund. She helped launch the Leading Online Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (LOEY) and Online Tuesday, an event for the online industry in the Netherlands, and was named businesswoman of the year in 2013. She holds several board and supervisory roles, including supervisory board seats at Het Financieele Dagblad and the Efteling, and board positions with Jong Ondernemen, African Parks Foundation Netherlands, and the Rijksmuseum Fonds.

Roelof Bijlsma is a board member at Athvance Capital with experience in private equity and entrepreneurship.
