Andrea La Magra is a tax consultant and chartered accountant with more than 20 years of experience in international tax planning for private and corporate clients, M&A transactions, and trusts. He holds an economics degree from the University of Roma 3 in Italy and is a qualified chartered accountant in both the UK (ICAEW) and Italy (ODCEC – Rome). He serves as Director and Partner of the firm's Monaco and Dublin offices as well as its New Zealand trustee company.

Alesia Martynenka holds a degree in Accounting and previously worked at a fiduciary and corporate service provider listed in Luxembourg. She has worked with institutional, private equity, and real estate clients. Since 2016 she has handled day-to-day accounting management for VERA Group's portfolio companies, covering corporate, tax, VAT, and statutory audit services. She speaks French, English, and Russian.

Antoine Meynial holds a Master's Degree in Business Law and Taxation from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris and is a fully qualified attorney admitted to the Luxembourg Bar with over 25 years of legal experience. He has worked in the fund industry since 1993, covering structures such as UCITS, UCI, AIF, RAIF, SIF, SICAR and unregulated partnerships from both custodian and consultant perspectives. His practice also focuses on banking and corporate law, contractual engineering, and he has recent experience with a client company listing process.

Antoine Widehen is a senior corporate lawyer specializing in legal transactions for holding and business companies, including incorporations, statutory changes, restructuring, M&A, and liquidations. He holds a Law Degree from the Université du Droit et de la Santé and a Master's in European Law and Business from the Université Nancy 2, both in France. At Vera – Corporate & Funds SA, he prepares corporate legal documentation and coordinates with accountants, tax advisers, auditors, notaries, and banks, supporting transaction closures.

Aurelia Gabriela Ungur is a Senior Depositary Officer at VERA, which she joined in 2025, providing depositary services for alternative investment funds. She has worked with both regulated AIFs (SIF, SICAR, RAIF) and unregulated AIFs (SCSp) across various strategies, including private equity. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Luxembourg and an LLM in International and European Law from the Europa Institut in Germany.

Camille Keller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and started her career at a service provider in Luxembourg in 2017, gaining experience in accounting. She joined Vera Group in 2023, where she handles the accounting of SOPARFI, RE, SPVs and Funds, covering corporate, tax and VAT services.

Cinzia Barbiero has over 20 years of experience supporting managers and entrepreneurs and managing office operations. She spent 8 years as an Executive Assistant and Business Analyst at the EMEA headquarters of an electronics multinational in Italy, then moved into artistry perfume distribution, relocating to London in 2010 as a Business Support Manager, and joined Paolo di Filippo's team as his Executive Assistant in 2018. She holds a degree in International Political Sciences from the University of Padova and a Master's in Non-Profit studies from the University of Ferrara.

Donatella Manzolini has more than 20 years of experience in financial management, trust administration, and multi-jurisdictional accounting, with work spanning the UK and Europe. Her expertise covers reconciliation, financial reporting, budget forecasting, VAT, financial statements, and corporate and trust administration. At Vera Group she handles business operations and client management. She speaks English and Italian.

Fabio Conte has worked in the fiduciary sector for over 15 years, joining the firm's director team in 2009. His work has focused on setting up and managing UK and overseas private companies and trusts. At VERA Group he leads the Corporate Team and serves high-net-worth individuals, with expertise in UK property management, acquisition and sale, and the sale and purchase of artwork.

Fadoi Choukri is a member of the accounting team at Vera Group in Luxembourg, which she joined in 2021. She manages accounting for SOPARFI, real estate, and SPV structures, including corporate and VAT services. Before joining the firm, she worked as an accountant for five years.

Filippo Campailla is an international tax and corporate law consultant, auditor and chartered accountant with 30 years of experience advising small, medium and large groups across EU jurisdictions. He graduated in Economics and Business in Rome and earned a Master's Degree in International and EU Tax Law from Luiss Business School, and previously taught Economics at the University of Udine for eight years. He joined VERA – Corporate & Funds SA in 2014 and serves as an independent board member on several Luxembourg investment funds, securitization vehicles and a listed company.

Hasnat Rabbi Azad Abu is a UK and Italian Chartered Accountant, Statutory Auditor, and Tax Adviser who works on international tax planning for corporate, private, and high-net-worth clients, including managing multi-jurisdictional tax investigations. At VERA Group he oversees the accounting and VAT compliance team and manages the outsourcing of accounting services. He holds a BSc and MSc in Accounting and an LL.M. in International Business Law, and is a member of CIOT.

Julie Pinter holds a Bachelor's degree in Private Law from the Faculté de Droit, Economie et Gestion in Metz and a Master's degree in Business Law from the Faculté de Droit, Sciences Economiques et Gestion in Nancy, France. At Vera – Corporate & Funds SA, she prepares corporate and legal documents, contracts and reports, organizes board meetings, assists with company incorporation, and liaises with authorities, notaries, lawyers and banks. She works in the Luxembourg jurisdiction and speaks French and English.

Luca Perozzo is a tax consultant and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in corporate and private wealth services for international clients. He holds an Economics degree from the University of Udine, Italy, and studied further at the London School of Economics and City. He is a fellow of the ICAEW and a member of STEP, and has been appointed as an Insolvency Practitioner, Forensic Accountant, and Public-Sector Auditor. At VERA Group he serves as Head Client Relationship Manager, advising on corporate and wealth planning.

Maheswar Issur is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 45 years of experience in general accountancy, audit, taxation, and advisory services for international clients. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and of the Association of Accounting Technicians in England & Wales, and a Member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. He serves as Compliance Officer for VERA Group, registered with HMRC in the UK and the Department of Justice in Ireland.

Marta Basso has over ten years of experience in the Luxembourg compliance sector and has served as Vera's Compliance Officer since 2013. Her work covers assessing client compliance with applicable regulations, KYC/KYT due diligence, AML controls, and following up on internal and external audit findings. She also coordinates client requests with banks and other financial counterparts, and speaks Italian, French, English and Spanish.

Martina Falini earned a Master's in Law from the University of Perugia and a professional master's in Private Equity and Investment Funds in Luxembourg. She has over a decade of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector, focusing on depositary and custody services, regulatory compliance, and operational management. She joined VERA in 2024, leading its Depositary department and contributing to securing the PDOAFI license from the CSSF.

Massimo Raschella has over 20 years of experience in accounting and handles financial, legal, fiscal, and compliance matters, including wealth planning and tax and VAT advice for international clients. He joined the Tax Department in 2011, became Head of Accounting at Vera Corporate & Funds S.A. in 2012, and was appointed Daily Manager in 2018. He also serves as an independent director for a number of companies.

Naïm Charchour earned a degree in Accounting Management from the University of Longwy in 2017 and a Chartered Accountant diploma from the University of Luxembourg in 2020. He started his career at a Big Four firm in Luxembourg before working at other accounting firms. At Vera Group he manages accounting, tax returns and VAT for companies across sectors including real estate, venture capital, holding companies and investment funds.

Oana Viorela Muntean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences and Letters and has a background in customer services and administration. Since 2021 she has served as Administrative Assistant & Facilities Officer at Vera, supporting the company's Legal and Accounting departments. She speaks Romanian, English, French, Italian, and Spanish.

Pablo Varas Plagges is a qualified lawyer and corporate advisor who has worked across Latin America and Europe. He has advised private and public institutions on legal compliance, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. He holds a law degree from Universidad Autónoma in Chile and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Dorset College, Dublin.

Silvia Prandi has around ten years of experience in family office services, trust fiduciary work, and corporate management, serving clients including high-net-worth individuals. She holds a degree in Political Science from Pisa University. At VERA Group she works as Assistant Client Manager, focusing on accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial matters.

Soonhee Hur is an ACCA member with over 17 years of experience in accountancy, following a BSc in Mathematics. At VERA Group she handles statutory accounts, management accounts, trust accounts, corporation tax returns, and VAT returns for clients including sole traders, partnerships, and small and medium-sized companies. She speaks English and Korean.

Tatiana Mogileva holds a Master's degree in Finance and Corporate Management from the University of Franche-Comté in France and obtained her Chartered Accountant certification from the University of Luxembourg in February 2024. She has international experience in accounting, financial reporting (LuxGAAP, FundGAAP), taxation, and corporate compliance, working with clients such as SOPARFIs, holdings, private equity, real estate, and investment fund structures. Since October 2025, she has worked at Vera Corporate and Funds handling full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and corporate and tax services.

Yasemin Köse is a Junior Corporate Officer on the legal team of Vera – Corporate & Fund S.A., which she joined after eight years in various positions at a company in Luxembourg. Her responsibilities include drafting corporate and legal documents, organizing board meetings, handling day-to-day formalities, assisting with incorporating new companies, and liaising with authorities, notaries, lawyers, and banks. She speaks French, English, and Turkish.
