Kieran McLoughlin is Managing Partner at Venturewave Capital and sits on its investment committee, where he oversees business strategy, operations, and investor relations for the firm's impact investment model. He previously served as Worldwide President and CEO of The Ireland Funds (2009–2018), a global philanthropic network, and held earlier CEO roles at The Ireland Funds America and The Ireland Funds Ireland. Amy Coghlan is Vice President of Product Monetization at Optimum, where she oversees commercial strategy for B2B products. She previously held roles including Director of Emerging Products at Comcast Business, where she managed a multimillion-dollar data networking portfolio and led new segment growth of 172% year-over-year, and Head of GTM and Partnerships at Blueface UCaaS during its expansion into the U.S. market and subsequent acquisition by Comcast Business. Her earlier experience includes Head of Product and Category Development for China International Duty Free across Asia Pacific and Research Manager at GLG Research in Dublin.

Cheryl Edison is a Silicon Valley-based advisor on US market entry and fundraising who has worked across 76 countries and 65 industries. She serves as Startup Ecosystem Developer and Keynote Speaker at the U.S. Department of State, and provides strategic advisory, pitch coaching, and curriculum design services to startups, universities, and corporations. Her engagements include embassy trade missions, accelerator partnerships, and work with the United Nations on sustainable development initiatives.

David Marshall is a Venture Partner at VentureWave Capital with over 20 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, and investor relations across healthcare, telecoms, and outsourcing sectors. His background includes investment banking at NCB, a leadership role at Elan Corporation, and board-level positions at public and private companies, where he has managed major transactions including a €330 million sale of an Irish listed company, over $5 billion in debt refinancings, and M&A activities. He holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology and has built investor relations functions for FTSE 250 and Euronext-listed companies while developing ESG strategies and managing stakeholder communications.

Kaidi Ruusalepp is founder and group CEO of Metsa Collection, a global hospitality brand, and previously founded Venturebeam, an online investment bank for venture investors. She served as CEO of Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange and the Central Securities Depository, and was among the first technology lawyers in Estonia, contributing to the drafting of the Estonian Digital Signatures Act of 2000. Ruusalepp currently sits on the Digital Council of the President of Estonia and has held leadership roles including president of the Estonian Founders Society and membership on the Startup Europe Advisory Board at the European Commission.

Liam Wegimont is Executive Director and co-founder of Global Education Network Europe, a network of European ministries and agencies focused on global education. He co-founded ANGEL, the Academic Network on Global Education and Learning, and serves as co-convenor of the European Declaration on Global Education to 2050. Previously, he was Principal of Mount Temple Comprehensive School in Dublin and brings experience in international relations, public policy, school leadership, and cross-border collaboration in education.

Mary Beth Porter is a Director at Lochend Consulting with over 30 years of experience in sales, operations, and project and product management. She serves as a special advisor to VentureWave Capital, a venture capital firm focused on impact investing, and manages independent projects while supporting community initiatives.

Nameer Kazzaz is the founder of Namonics, a technology consultancy, and brings over 20 years of experience in technology leadership, M&A, and technical strategy. He previously served as CTO of Blueface (acquired by Comcast Business) and held senior leadership roles at StarBlue and Star2Star, where he worked on VoIP networks, telephony platforms, and security infrastructure. Kazzaz was a senior design engineer who contributed to Ireland's first national VoIP network and chaired the Fixed Number Portability industry steering committee at ComReg, where he oversaw development of industry standards still in use today.

Diana Kam is a venture capitalist and board director with over two decades of experience in management consulting, executive leadership, and investment banking. She previously held senior positions at multinational conglomerates in the United States and China, and founded First Global Capital in 2020 to provide investment and structured solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients. She currently serves as a board member at Venturebeam, a technology-enabled investment banking and venture capital platform licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Kevin Holliday is CEO of EMEA at Venturebeam, a regulated private markets platform that connects professional investors with Series A+ opportunities across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, developing cross-border investor relationships, and facilitating capital raises for founders, with sector expertise spanning artificial intelligence, climate technology, health tech, fintech, and emerging market infrastructure.

Monica Karu is Chief Operating Officer at Venturebeam. She has experience in the financial services industry with expertise in banking, asset management, equities, capital markets, and financial markets. Her background encompasses operational management, team leadership, client relations, and product management.

Alan Foy is Chairman of Venturewave Group and Chairman and Managing Partner of Venturewave Capital, where he chairs the Investment Committee and oversees corporate governance and strategy across the group. He was previously Chairman and CEO of Blueface, an enterprise communications company acquired by Comcast Business in 2020, and served as CEO and Non-Executive Director of StarBlue and Star2Star Communications. Earlier in his career he held roles at NCB Group in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, and wealth management, and he holds B.B.S., M.A., and M.Litt. degrees in Strategic Management from Trinity College Dublin.
