She previously held senior positions at multinational conglomerates in the United States and China, and founded First Global Capital in 2020 to provide investment and structured solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients. She currently serves as a board member at Venturebeam, a technology-enabled investment banking and venture capital platform licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Kevin Holliday is the founder of Bright Triangle LLC, where he develops business intelligence solutions, presentations, and training programs. Previously, he held roles at Oracle, Universal Music Group, Los Angeles Metro, and other organizations, where he directed complex programs including one of the nation's largest vanpool initiatives and the SFpark project in San Francisco. His background spans nearly two decades in urban planning and program management, with additional expertise in custom Excel solutions and data optimization.

Brian Martin is CEO of CALTONA LIMITED and brings Big 4 strategic advisory experience alongside CEO-level leadership across industrial services, manufacturing, and media sectors. His background includes transforming a £50 million industrial services business to profitability, restructuring a £100 million private equity-owned machinery manufacturer, and leading a transformation program for a £300 million media company. He has additional experience in business growth, M&A integration, and market entry strategy development.

Kristjan-Erik Suurväli is a financial markets compliance lawyer with more than 17 years of experience in securities market regulation and financial supervision. He currently serves as Global Head of Compliance at Funderbeam, with expertise spanning regulated market trading, market abuse regulation, central securities depositories, and investment services compliance. He holds the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and has experience leading teams and coordinating cross-border regulatory cooperation, particularly in Estonian and European securities markets.

Mark Lawless is a Fractional CFO at FocusCFO® with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, and forecasting. His background includes work in process optimization, government contracting, and mergers and acquisitions.
