Investment thesis
Ventura was created in 2015 as the investment vehicle of a long-standing Colombian family enterprise built by two serial entrepreneurs. The family businesses began with a contract staffing firm and later a leading BTL marketing agency, eventually forming a conglomerate operating across 14 countries from the United States to Chile. The family office positions itself as experienced operators who have built companies firsthand and aims to help other businesses grow and succeed, emphasizing values of reliability, transparency, consistency, responsibility, and respect, as well as diversity and inclusion.
