Currently consulting for pre-commercial and rare disease companies, he is open to VP or SVP-level medical affairs roles in hematology-oncology.

Dede Willis is CEO and CoFounder of Orbit Genomics, a life science company. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Willis has managed the development, manufacturing, clinical testing, and commercialization of diagnostics, medical devices, and therapeutics across the US, Europe, and Asia. His experience includes building cross-functional teams and executing go-to-market strategies in regulated life science sectors.

Dennis Henriksen is a partner at Ventac Partners and chief executive officer at Cenexum. He is a bioorganic chemist with over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical biotechnology, including roles in drug discovery, research and development, pilot plant production for clinical trials, clinical trial management, and business development. His background spans scientific and operational functions across the pharmaceutical biotechnology industry.

Kostas Alevizopoulos is Chief Executive Officer at APIM Therapeutics. He brings more than 25 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, and consumer healthcare, with expertise spanning product development, technology transfer, intellectual property, licensing, fundraising, and commercialization. His career includes management of international R&D and business activities across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, involvement with over 150 CROs, CMOs, and academic partners, and authorship of 40+ peer-reviewed publications and multiple patent families.

Lars Hedbys is a Partner at Ventac Partners and serves as a Board Member at Xintela AB. His professional focus includes business development, product strategy, general management, and company formation and development.

Lasse Richter Petersen is a partner at Ventac Partners with experience as a commercial leader in life sciences and global pharmaceuticals. He works across strategy, business development, and execution, combining large pharmaceutical company background with involvement in venture capital and startups. Petersen also serves as a board member, investor, and entrepreneur.

Neil Thomas is a biotechnology executive and venture builder with 30 years of experience in life sciences company formation, fundraising, intellectual property strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as a partner at Ventac Partners and holds board positions across multiple organizations. Thomas has worked across Europe and internationally, including in Spain, the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and other markets, with expertise in guiding life science ventures from academic spinout through successful exit.

Randy Berholtz is a life sciences entrepreneur and venture capitalist with over 25 years of executive experience, including roles as CEO of two private biotech companies and senior corporate development executive and general counsel at three public life sciences companies. He holds a law degree and has served as a General Partner at a life sciences venture fund, Chief Operating Officer at a life sciences venture capital fund, and corporate counsel to numerous pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, and therapeutics companies. Berholtz currently serves as Senior Advisor at Mesa Verde Venture Partners and has held multiple board positions at both private and public life sciences companies, with committee experience in audit, compensation, and corporate governance matters.

Steven Glazer is a drug development consultant at Glazer Consulting APS with experience in healthcare and biotech sectors. He has held senior and operational roles in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostic companies across Europe and the United States, with expertise in research and development, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs.
