Principal at Vega focused on sourcing and evaluating investments, joint venture structuring, transactions, and legal oversight, and manages the Eco-Capital Advisors platform. He began as an attorney at King & Spalding LLP, later worked in capital markets at a development firm, and served as director and portfolio manager at a wetland mitigation investment firm overseeing over $300MM in committed capital.

Principal at Vega responsible for sourcing and evaluating investments, building industry relationships, and deal structuring. He started in investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, worked as an acquisition analyst at Jamestown, then managed assets for a wetland mitigation private equity fund. He founded Eco-Capital Advisors in 2011 and later built and exited a vaporizer technology company. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Principal at Vega handling deal sourcing, financial underwriting, capital market relationships, and asset management. He began at PricewaterhouseCoopers in real estate advisory, spent five years in gaming and hospitality, and previously managed environmental investments at an Atlanta investment firm. He holds a B.S. in Finance with a real estate concentration from Indiana University.

Vice President of Transactions at Vega, handling acquisitions, prospective project research, and transaction management. She began as a commercial real estate paralegal at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, later served as transaction manager for environmental investments at an Atlanta investment firm, and was Assistant Vice President of Natural Resources Investments at Domain Capital Group. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Florida State University, a paralegal certification from Emory, and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
