Charles Hotton is Managing Director at VALLA, with over 35 years of experience in private client wealth management and planning, including a focus on families from the Far and Middle East. He previously worked in the securities department of a large private bank handling corporate re-organisations and mergers, later moving into private client work, and served as an associate director for a Swiss private bank before becoming Managing Director of another financial institution. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services, is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Grainne McGinley began her career in financial services in accountancy, training as an Accounting Technician and earning her AAT qualification before moving into trust and corporate services, where she completed a STEP diploma in 2012 and a further STEP diploma in trust disputes. She has served as a director on corporate and private client structures, including real estate, securitisations, EBTs and cell structures, and has acted as trustee of various family trusts. She joined Valla in 2016, where she manages the administration department, provides HR support, and is a shareholder.

Mark Baker left the Royal Navy in 1990 and began his finance career as a bookkeeper with a bank-owned trust company, later moving to a privately owned trust company as an Associate Director. He qualified as an accountant in 1998 and joined Valla as Finance and Client Administration Director in 2008, where he oversees the internal finance function and client accounting. He is an ACCA member (2000) and was awarded a Fellowship in 2005.
