Zac founded Upforth in 2015 to invest in Bay Area founders. An entrepreneur and operator specializing in data-driven sales and go-to-market, he was Head of Growth at Square after joining in 2016 with his team from Y Combinator startup Framed Data, and was the first sales hire at Quid.
Monika is an investor at Upforth with a background in M&A advisory and investment banking. She previously worked at early-stage VC firm M34 Capital and as a journalist for The Wall Street Journal, and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a Master's in Journalism from Columbia.
