Investment thesis
TUDAG pursues a dual mandate: generating commercial profit and transferring knowledge and technology from science into society and the economy. Working with TU Dresden and other partners in Germany and abroad, it fosters a sustainable future. Its activities span education (with TUDAG companies serving over 16,000 course and program participants in 2020), technology transfer from academic research to the private sector for more than 25 years, and entrepreneurship, where it unites expertise, capital and experience in company formation to bring innovations to commercial success. It operates a portfolio of subsidiaries and holdings supported by shared administrative services.
