Co-founder and corporate lawyer who has advised on multi-billion M&A and structured funding deals globally and serves as a non-executive director on various boards. He began his career at Baker McKenzie and holds multiple degrees in law, business, philosophy and art history.

Co-founder of Triple Dragon with experience in cross-border M&A and finance transactions, responsible for sourcing and structuring gaming finance deals. He is a frequent speaker at games conferences on funding, monetisation, esports and gaming investment.

Julie Ngo is Chief Operating Officer at Calculus Capital. She previously spent seven years as Head of Compliance and Finance at hedge fund manager Neuron Advisers, where she oversaw financial and regulatory activities including fund launches, restructuring, and the AIFMD transition. Earlier roles included Financial Controller at International Standard Asset Management, Compliance Manager and Financial Controller at Acadian Asset Management (UK) Ltd, and audit work at Ernst & Young and PwC. She is a Chartered Certified accountant and CFA charterholder, with a Bachelor of Economics from Hanoi Finance Academy and an MBA from Oxford University.
