Investment thesis
TiE Women is a structured, competitive accelerator pathway for growth-stage women founders who are investment-ready. Run by the TiE Melbourne chapter, it takes founders through investor-readiness masterclasses (pitch storytelling, growth-stage financials, go-to-market strategy), up to three 1:1 mentoring sessions, and a live Melbourne pitch final that doubles as a TiE Angels pitch night with up to AUD $50,000 available. Chapter winners advance through global semi-finals (TiE LA or TiE Hyderabad) to the TiE Women Global Finale at the TiE Global Summit, competing for a US$50,000 equity-free prize. The program connects Australian women founders to TiE's global non-profit entrepreneurship network.
