Christian Fleischer is Director of the Value Creation Team at THI Investments, where he works on portfolio company value creation with senior management teams, including digital strategy development and execution. His prior experience spans strategy consulting and investment banking, with roles at Bain & Co. and Lazard, and project work in commercial and operational due diligence, corporate finance, and M&A across industries including industrial goods and automotive. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Steffen Wippler is Director of Private Equity Investments at THI Investments, with over a decade of finance experience focused on buyouts and late-stage venture capital investments across Europe and multiple sectors. As part of the investment team at Triton Partners, he was involved in transactions including the acquisition of OCU Utility Services, a UK utilities infrastructure services provider, and served as a board observer for HiQ, a Sweden-based technology consultancy, where he led the company's expansion into Germany. His responsibilities have included valuation, financial modeling, commercial and financial due diligence, and deal execution.

Isaac Nkululeko Malevu is the Chief Financial Officer at the Industrial Development Corporation. He has over 20 years of international experience across companies abroad and in Africa, with functional areas including financial reporting, financial management, treasury management, corporate strategy, risk management, and corporate governance.

Simon Louis is Director on the Value Creation Team at THI Investments, focusing on portfolio company value creation with senior management teams, including digital strategy development and execution. His prior experience includes strategy consulting at Bain & Co. and investment banking at Lazard, with work spanning commercial and operational due diligence, corporate finance, M&A, and sales and operational transformation, primarily in the industrial goods and automotive sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Alice Hyland is Office Manager and Executive Assistant at THI Investments, with more than seven years of experience supporting senior management. Her work covers executive support and office operations, including diary and inbox management, travel and logistics coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, and stakeholder, client, and investor communication. She manages CRM and pipeline processes using DealCloud and works with Microsoft 365 for workflow and systems organisation.

Caroline Tazi is Office Manager and Executive Assistant at THI Investments, with more than seven years of experience supporting senior management. Her work covers executive support and operational management, including diary and inbox management, travel and logistics coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up, and stakeholder, client, and investor communication.
