Richard Williams co-founded TDC in 2015 and serves on the firm's Investment Committee. He has raised over £1bn of investor capital across five funds and is involved across the full investment cycle, including fundraising, deal origination, underwriting, and portfolio management, with a focus on UK mid-market businesses. A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of transactional experience across M&A, debt advisory, and banking, he was previously a founding member of the EY Debt Advisory team.

India Kendrick joined TDC's portfolio team as Portfolio Executive in November 2021, where she handles monthly portfolio reviews, monitors clients' trading, and coordinates on client-specific requirements. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO's transactional services team in 2020, working on pre-acquisition financial due diligence for private equity transactions as well as vendor assistance for disposals and refinancing.

Jon Petty is an Investment Director at TDC, which he joined in August 2023, where he sources, structures and underwrites investments for the Fund. He has 15 years of experience in the North West debt market spanning banking, debt advisory and private credit. Before TDC, he led the Manchester office of Beechbrook Capital, executing investments for corporate and private equity backed borrowers.

Stuart Thwaites is Investment Director at TDC LLP, where he applies his financial due diligence background to assess deal opportunities and works with portfolio companies on strategic growth plans, in addition to supporting fund reporting to investors. He previously spent over 20 years at EY, most recently as a senior due diligence professional in the North West after relocating from London in 2006, leading cross-sector transactions involving regional SMEs, mid-market corporates, private equity firms and entrepreneurs.

Tom Chappell evaluates, structures and executes investments at TDC, sources new opportunities, and supports portfolio companies throughout their partnership with the firm. He joined TDC in 2017 after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at EY in the Capital and Debt Advisory team, where he advised clients on acquisition financing, growth capital raises and refinancing. He holds a BSc in Economics from Leeds University.

Judith McMath is a Corporate Development Director at TDC with extensive experience in financial services across lending and advisory roles. She has held senior positions in multiple financial services organizations and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director in several businesses. Her background includes work across various market sectors and industries.

Mark Metcalf is Head of Operations at Tosca Debt Capital. He brings over 30 years of banking and commercial finance experience, with background in portfolio management, transaction structuring, and credit analysis across multiple lending institutions.

Rob Hanley is Head of Portfolio at TDC with over 18 years of experience in banking, private credit, and advisory services across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. His practice encompasses financial and operational restructuring, credit assessment, working capital management, and cash and liquidity advisory for corporate clients and financial stakeholders. He holds accountancy and JIEB qualifications and has worked with management teams and sponsors on M&A, debt and equity positioning, and insolvency matters.

Roisin Wherry is a Portfolio Data Manager at TDC with experience in business change, data analysis, and software development in the financial and pharmaceutical sectors. She has designed data and technology training programs and volunteers with Code First: Girls.
