Investment thesis
Tagehus is a family-owned investment holding company with a long-term horizon and a strong presence in the real estate sector. Its main strategy is to create long-term growth and value by owning, developing and building. Investments are organized into six focus segments: listed core holdings (Atrium Ljungberg, John Mattson, K2A, plus SAGAX and Arlandastad Group), the venture firm Longrun Capital, bathing and wellness facilities, property and land development, the construction group Credentia, and other investments including funds and unlisted companies.
