Alan E. He also directs the firm's portfolio and asset level financings and has been with TA Realty since 2000, with more than 38 years of industry experience. Brand has taught commercial real estate finance courses at Boston University for over 22 years.

Allison P. O'Rourke is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at TA Realty. She has more than 20 years of experience in financial markets, with a background spanning corporate strategy, innovation, information technology, investor relations, finance, and sales leadership.

Brooks D. Wales serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at SROA Capital, LLC, where he focuses on identifying and structuring real estate investments. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from American University.

Lisa A. Strope is Head of Research at TA Realty, where she develops the firm's strategic house view and works with investment and portfolio management teams on analysis and forecasting across property types and regions. She has more than 20 years of experience in real estate research, investment, and development, having previously spent six years at JLL overseeing research for life sciences, healthcare, and seniors housing as well as the New England team, and served as a Research Fellow at Harvard Business School. She holds a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business, and serves as adjunct real estate faculty at Babson College.

Andrew Mosellie is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at TA Realty. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial markets, spanning corporate strategy, innovation, information technology, investor relations, finance, and sales leadership.

Blake Wilcox joined Carousel Capital in 2026. He previously worked at the investment bank Harris Williams, supporting its Primary Fund Placement team on tax, accounting, and compliance matters, and spent five years before that at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Asset and Wealth Management tax practice. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Accounting from East Carolina University and is a licensed CPA in North Carolina.

Max Edelstein is Chief Accounting Officer at Meadow Partners, where he oversees finance, control, reporting, and treasury. He previously served as a Senior Analyst at General Motors Asset Management, handling accounting and financial reporting for real estate funds, and as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP in New York. Edelstein holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland (2009), is a licensed CPA in New York, and is a member of the AICPA.

Elizabeth Chappell is an associate at Carousel Capital, which she joined in 2025. She previously worked at BlackArch Partners on mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Brian R. McDonald is Co-Founding Partner and Executive VP at Teka Capital, where he leads investment strategy and portfolio management across sectors including fitness, retail and apparel, cosmetics, hospitality, and manufacturing, overseeing a portfolio exceeding US$140 million. He began his career at Valorem, a Colombian conglomerate, managing portfolios across 16 companies, and has since worked on turnarounds and transformations for firms in telecoms, IT, forestry, media, and other industries across Latin America, the United States, and Europe. He has served as a board member and advisor to companies including Cine Colombia, Fabricato, Tigo, and SURA, and as a senior advisor to Wall Capital Advisors in China.

Cole Healy is Vice President, Multifamily Operations at TA Realty, where his work spans acquisitions, development, and portfolio management for multifamily real estate investments. His areas of focus include apartment market analysis and forecasting, due diligence, and development advisory. Healy's skills cover deal modeling, financial and investment analysis, valuation, and performance benchmarking.

Cullen P. McGehee is Vice President and Head of Valuations at TA Realty, with over 14 years of institutional real estate valuation experience. His work spans ODCE funds, REIT products, exchange funds, closed-end vehicles, and separate accounts across varying liquidity and valuation cycles, covering asset risk profiles from core to opportunistic.

Riley P. FitzGerald is a Director of Investor Relations at TA Realty, a North American firm focused on private real estate investment in the United States across core, value-add, and logistics-focused strategies. FitzGerald holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Melissa Nguyen is Vice President and Head of Valuations at TA Realty, with more than 14 years of institutional real estate valuation experience. Her work spans ODCE funds, REIT products, exchange funds, closed-end vehicles, and separate accounts across a range of liquidity profiles and valuation cycles. Her experience covers assets with risk profiles ranging from core to opportunistic.
