Gary Coover is co-founder and COO of Superlayer, a web3 venture studio where he oversees fund operations, invests in early-stage companies, and provides interim operating leadership to portfolio firms. He previously spent nearly a decade at Samsung Next as Ventures Operating MD and Silicon Valley GM, building and scaling corporate venture capital investment vehicles and startup ecosystems globally. Coover has over 20 years of experience in venture operations, corporate venture capital, and early-stage startups, and holds an MBA in Strategy from UC Berkeley Haas.

Jeremy Tan is Co-Founder and VP of Engineering at YieldClub. He has experience in engineering and technology management, with a focus on team building and software development. His background spans crypto, blockchain, gaming, and social consumer web applications.

Michael Li is a partner at SuperLayer, a web3 venture studio focused on consumer-facing crypto products and startups, drawing on his 18 years of founding experience. He co-founded Rally, a blockchain ecosystem for creators, and Gen.G, an esports organization operating teams across the United States, South Korea, and China. Li previously co-founded Kabam in 2006, serving as founding CTO and later General Manager of its China operations, where he oversaw the development of multiple successful mobile games including Kingdoms of Camelot and The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle-earth; Kabam was acquired for approximately $1 billion. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.

Saad Rizvi is a founder and investor focused on companies with positive global impact. He co-founded Delivery Associates, which was acquired by Trill Impact, and Mentat, a Y Combinator 2016 company acquired by Scale.ai, and is currently involved with early-stage fintech and consumer ventures. His background includes roles at Meta in new product experimentation and investments, senior vice president positions at Financial Times and Pearson, and engagement management at McKinsey.
