Welly Sculley is a cofounder at Stealth / NewCo focused on developing financial infrastructure for long-term cryptocurrency holders. He has built payments and crypto systems since 2013, including early work at Ripple where he contributed to the company's shift toward interbank infrastructure and helped establish the banking network underlying XRP and RLUSD distribution. His current focus addresses the gap between cryptocurrency market capitalization and decentralized finance adoption, targeting infrastructure solutions for holders seeking yield without centralized intermediaries.
