Appointed Executive Director in March 2025 after joining as Deputy CEO in December 2023. He began in Asian investment banking in the 1990s and later led and restructured investment management businesses at AllianceBernstein, Neuberger Berman, Robeco and Arisaig Partners, serving as COO of Arisaig Partners and CEO of Robeco Asia-Pacific. He holds a BSc in Business Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire.

He was previously a Global Managing Partner and CIO at BTG Pactual and Head of Relationship Investing at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
