STOA is a Paris-based impact investment fund mainly owned by France's Caisse des Depots et Consignations. It finances and supports essential infrastructure projects in Africa, Latin America, and Asia, aligning its portfolio with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Between 2018 and 2025 it committed 627 million euros across roughly twenty companies working on infrastructure construction and development.
