Paolo Mina' is a co-founder of Statura and a Chartered Accountant, as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, with more than 20 years advising on UK and international tax. He began his career as a UK tax advisor at a Big 5 accountancy firm before moving to the in-house tax department of a major telecommunications company, and since 2005 has been a Managing Director/Partner at a boutique accountancy and tax advisory practice serving corporate and private clients, primarily UK-resident non-domiciled individuals. His expertise covers UK tax advice and compliance, pre-immigration planning, UK property holding structures, the UK holding company regime and corporate reorganisations, and indirect taxation.

Carlo Stefano Rota has been a Partner in the UAE since 2024. He started his career in Italy and the UK before moving to Dubai in 2013, where he founded and led a UAE-based tax, accountancy, and corporate services practice. He focuses on UAE and international taxation, including direct and indirect tax and cross-border matters, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Italy, a member of the Association of International Accountants in the UK, and a licensed Tax Advisor in the UAE.

Guido Ravaglia has been a partner at Statura since 2016, advising corporate and individual clients on international taxation, with focus areas including corporate reorganisations, the UK holding company regime, and group tax planning. He also assists overseas companies and entrepreneurs establishing operations in the UK. Before Statura, he worked at a Big 4 accountancy firm and an American investment bank, and he is a qualified Chartered Accountant in both the UK and Italy with Masters degrees in International Taxation (University of London) and Tax Law (Bocconi University).

Mauro Cadorin has more than 20 years of experience at tax and corporate service firms in Switzerland and the UAE. He moved to Dubai in 2016 and works on corporate and regulatory matters in the region. He holds a Master's degree in Business and Law from Bocconi University in Milan and has been a member of STEP since 2011.

Atisha Chand has more than five years of experience in compliance in the UAE, focusing on adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks including Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing, and Economic Substance Regulation. Her work involves developing internal policies, conducting risk assessments and audits, delivering training, and investigating compliance violations. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Drafting from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji.

Barbara Invernizzi is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, as well as a qualified Dottore Commercialista registered with the ODCEC in Italy, and holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation. She began her career at a tax and accounting firm in Milan before moving to a London-based accountancy and tax advisory practice in 2008, and joined Statura in 2017. She manages a portfolio of private clients, focusing on UK personal taxation and international tax issues, and advises multinational groups on accounting and tax matters.

Daniele Alvino is a Chartered Accountant specialising in indirect taxation, managing a portfolio of corporate clients on accounting and tax matters including payroll, the Construction Industry Scheme, and corporation tax. Before joining Statura, he worked in the finance department of a UK FMCG company and at a London-based audit, accounting and tax practice. He holds a degree in Political Science with a specialisation in International Economics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK.

Emily Tyrrell is a Senior Manager in Statura's Corporate Services and Trusts team, providing statutory and company secretarial services and working on complex trust structures. Before Statura, she worked at an international corporate services provider. She is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and holds an LL.M. from King's College London in International and Comparative Trust Law and International Tax Law, and is fluent in English and Italian.

Gabriella Racanelli provides administrative and executive support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, handling communications, and organizing events for the team. She holds a degree in Linguistic Mediation and a Master's in Business and Management from Epsom University.

Giulia Sclafani joined Statura in 2023 as an Assistant Manager in the accounting and tax department, working on tax and accounting matters for UK companies, multinational groups, and individuals based overseas. She previously worked in corporate and personal taxation at a professional services group in the UK. She has been a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians for nearly five years, is studying toward the ACCA qualification, and holds a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Uninettuno University of Rome.

Harry Greenwood works with clients across the corporate lifecycle, including company incorporation, corporate governance, corporate transactions, and dissolutions. Before joining Statura, he spent five years in the corporate services teams of international law firms, advising clients across various industries.

John Ioannou is a Tax Compliance Officer with 20 years of experience in accountancy and tax practice, handling liaison with HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House and supporting staff and clients with compliance and administration services. His operational experience covers personal, corporate and indirect taxation, accounts preparation and audit. Before Statura he worked at boutique accountancy and tax advisory practices in London, and he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance.

Jonathan Armoogum joined Statura in 2023 as an Assistant Manager in the accounting and tax department. He previously worked as a finance analyst at a multinational technology company and as a chartered accountant at a tax and accountancy firm in London, working with corporate and private clients in the construction industry. His work covers corporation tax, management accounts, indirect taxes, payroll, and the Construction Industry Scheme.

Kapil Kathiriya joined Statura in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Accounting and Tax Department. He is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a master's degree in accounting and business finance from the University of Bedfordshire, and is pursuing the ACCA qualification. His work centers on preparing financial statements and tax returns, drawing on prior experience at accounting firms in India and London.

Kelly Duong joined Statura in March 2026 as a Senior Associate in the Tax Department. She began her career in 2022 as a Tax Apprentice at a London-based accounting, tax and business advisory firm, working in private client taxation with exposure to audit and accounts, and is a qualified member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT). She focuses on Personal Income Tax and advising private clients on their UK tax affairs, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Laura Guarneri is a Finance Manager with over 20 years of experience in accounting, including more than 10 years working in the UAE. She holds UAE VAT and Corporate Tax diplomas attested with PWC and certified by the International Association of Taxation Technicians, and focuses on financial reporting, control structures, and finance department performance.

Lena Andrada Graur is a Billing Administrator at Statura with over five years of experience in the field. Before joining the firm, she worked in the billing department of a corporate services provider in London. She holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Padua and speaks Romanian, English, and Italian.

Lidia Licari has 29 years of experience in administrative and financial roles across multiple sectors. She has worked as a Personal Assistant to a Financial Director and Office Manager in Italy, and in Business Development, Senior Accountant, and Chief Financial Officer roles for a luxury retailer in Dubai. Her work covers profit and loss analysis, financial statement preparation under UAE regulations, VAT and tax returns, and banking management. She is a native Italian speaker and fluent in English.

Manuel Savazzi is a Senior Manager based in the UAE and a chartered accountant in Italy. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Bocconi University in Milan and a UAE Indirect Tax diploma attested with PWC, and is pursuing a Direct Tax diploma. He previously worked at Big Four auditing firms, where he developed knowledge of IAS/IFRS and Italian (OIC) accounting standards.

Manuela Girelli joined Statura in 2024 as a Senior Associate in the Accounting and Tax Department, bringing over a decade of experience. She previously worked as a Finance Manager in the fashion and music industries and at boutique accountancy firms in London. At Statura she prepares management accounts, financial statements and VAT returns for UK companies and multinational groups, and assists with personal tax returns; she holds an AAT Diploma and speaks Italian and English.

Maria Catherine Dy is a manager in the Corporate Services and Trusts team, where she oversees company formation, due diligence, and corporate documentation. She started her career in banking, handling account openings, loans, and investment advisory services, before specializing in entity formation across free zone, offshore, and mainland authorities.

Maria Limpido supports clients with company formation, preparation of statutory documents, and trust administration. Before Statura, she worked at a boutique accountancy firm in London. She holds a Master's Degree in Law and a Certificate in Legal Studies, and is fluent in Italian and English.

Maria Tammaro joined Statura in 2021 within the Accounting and Tax Department and now works as an Assistant Manager, focusing on preparing company Management Accounts, Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns, and indirect tax matters. She previously worked at an accounting and tax boutique. She holds a Master's degree in Management and Business Control and is pursuing the ACCA Chartered Accountant qualification. She is a native Italian speaker and also fluent in English.

Martina Bighellini joined Statura in 2022 as a Manager in the Tax Advisory department, having previously worked at international tax law firms in Milan on Italian and international taxation. In 2020 she co-authored a book on tax issues related to Brexit, and since 2023 has focused on the UAE market following the introduction of Corporate Tax. At Statura she works with corporate entities in the UK and UAE and multinational businesses, specialising in M&A, tax due diligence, corporate structuring, and tax advisory. She holds an MSc in Corporate Tax Law from Università Cattolica of Milan and is studying to become a Chartered Tax Adviser in the UK.

Meenu Mohanan is an accounting professional with over seven years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation in the United Arab Emirates. Her work covers financial accounting, VAT and corporate tax compliance, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting. She completed postgraduate studies at the University of Kerala and speaks Malayalam, English, and Hindi.

Monica De Maina joined Statura Group's accounting and tax team in 2020. She is an accountant with over fifteen years of experience in payroll tax, indirect tax, the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and accounting, and previously worked at a boutique accounting and tax practice in London. Born and raised in South Africa, she completed her accounting studies in the UK and is fluent in English and Italian.

Richard Cha joined Statura in 2023, where he advises corporate and private clients—primarily UK-resident non-domiciled individuals—on UK and international taxation matters, including relocation tax planning, corporate reorganisations, property holding structures, and the UK holding company regime. He previously worked in the International Tax and Transaction Services team at a Big 4 accountancy firm, focusing on the financial services sector. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Cambridge University and an MSc in Taxation from Oxford University.

Suzette Santos is a Senior Associate in Statura's accounting and tax department with over ten years of experience. Her work covers bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, treasury and cash flow management, and VAT return filing. She focuses on financial reporting and tax compliance, including managing financial data, preparing statements, and assisting with audits.

Tahrima Akter started her career at a UK accountancy practice, where she focused on applying technology to improve client service and business strategy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from United International University in Bangladesh and is fluent in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu.
