Investment thesis
SSE Ventures backs early-stage founders through its Incubate program, offering admitted companies an investment of 500,000 SEK for 3% equity along with a desk at the House of Innovation and hands-on support from experienced founders and operators. The fund's LPs are founders and operators behind leading Swedish companies, providing access to a network of people who have built and scaled businesses, plus connections to the SSE alumni and investor community for future rounds. Its investors are positioned as future co-investors drawn from angels and VCs. Most admitted companies are on a fast-scaling venture track, but bootstrapped companies are welcome and evaluated on the same terms.
