Spring invests in ambitious founders building the next generation of commerce across the entire commerce value chain, including vertical and horizontal SaaS, two-sided marketplaces, payments and merchant financial rails, logistics and supply chain, marketing and ad tech, data analytics, infrastructure tools, social commerce, customer experience, omnichannel retail, consumer brands and apps, direct-to-consumer models, and the circular economy. The fund writes equity checks of €1–5M in Seed and Series A rounds and looks for signals such as product-market fit, scalable business models, healthy unit economics, strong customer references, and large markets with demonstrated traction. Beyond capital, Spring offers additional support to help founders succeed faster.
