A founding partner of Spire Capital since its 2000 inception, Bruce is active in sourcing and overseeing portfolio investments and works with the CFO on fund administration. Previously he was managing partner of Waller-Sutton Media Partners and held CFO and finance roles in wireless and cable telecom companies.

David Schaible joined Spire Capital in 2001 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2012, sourcing and leading deals in education, technology/software services, and media/entertainment. He previously worked as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bear, Stearns & Co.

Don joined Spire Capital in 2006 as CFO/CCO, overseeing fund administration, investor relations, compliance, and accounting due diligence, while working with portfolio companies' finance teams. He previously served as CFO of Iron Oak Development, CFO/COO of Specialty Brands, and Regional Controller at Wawa Food Markets, and holds an accounting degree from Widener University.

Sean joined Spire Capital as a Principal at its founding in 2000 and focuses on sourcing and leading transactions, building industry and executive relationships, and investor relations, spending significant time in business services, information services, software, and media. He previously worked at Waller-Sutton Media Partners, Waller Capital Corporation, and Arthur Andersen's Valuation Services Consulting Group, holds a BS from Binghamton University and an MBA from NYU, and earned his CFA designation in 1996.

Brad joined Spire Capital in 2017 and focuses on transaction sourcing, executing new investments, and portfolio company management. He previously worked as an associate at Solamere Capital and as an analyst in Barclays' Healthcare Investment Banking Group, and holds a business degree from the University of Georgia.

Peter Weber is the Chief Executive Officer of PenLink, a company providing open-source intelligence and digital evidence integration for the law enforcement, national security, and defense sectors. He previously served as CEO and Executive Chairman of Curvature, CEO of Carpathia and later Chief Product Officer at QTS following its acquisition, and co-founded SevenSpace, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems. His earlier experience includes managing Sun Microsystems' IT services division and roles at The Carlyle Group and Sunmedia.

Luke R. Pillarella is the founder and owner of Lancelot Development, a blockchain and Web3 development studio working in DeFi, GameFi, and tokenomics. He is also CMO and co-founder of WhatToFarm and has over 15 years of experience building and scaling businesses. He invests in online and offline ventures.

Jordan joined Spire Capital in July 2021, focusing on transaction sourcing, executing new investments, and portfolio company management, and also serves as a Director at Green Security. He previously worked as an analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking group at Bank of America and holds a finance degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Linda B. Barish is Chief Administrative Officer at Spire Capital Partners. Her work includes managing projects such as system migrations, office relocations, and large-scale events, as well as process optimization and project management. She has partnered with C-level executives and stakeholders to implement strategic programs and organizational change.

Zach joined Spire Capital in 2022 and works with portfolio companies on operational improvement and finance, while also assisting the firm's CFO with fund administration. He previously served as SVP, Director of Finance at Univest Financial Corporation and began his career at KPMG in Deal Advisory and Audit.

Avi Kerbs is the founder of Teuza Fund, a publicly traded venture capital company that has invested in Hi-Tech companies across communications, semiconductors, software, medical equipment, and mobile, with 12 exits to date, and serves as CEO and President of Teuza Management. He is a director of several Teuza portfolio companies, including Bioness, My6Sense, Tyro Care, Digiflex, and ADT, and has worked in startup funding for over 20 years. His board and governance roles include the Board of Governors of the Technion Israel Institute of Technology, the Board and Executive Committee of The Alfred Mann Institute for Biomedical Development, and the Board of Governors of Haifa University.

David Lichtenstein has worked in investment administration and reporting for 25 years, including 20 years as Chief Financial Officer of Sycamore Ventures, a global private equity and venture capital firm based in Princeton, New Jersey. His work focuses on fund administration and investment accounting, and his experience includes the firm's Asia Pacific and US funds, scheduled to be fully harvested and closed in 2017 and 2018, respectively.
