Spire Capital Partners

A founding partner of Spire Capital since its 2000 inception, Bruce is active in sourcing and overseeing portfolio investments and works with the CFO on fund administration. Previously he was managing partner of Waller-Sutton Media Partners and held CFO and finance roles in wireless and cable telecom companies.

David Schaible joined Spire Capital in 2001 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2012, sourcing and leading deals in education, technology/software services, and media/entertainment. He previously worked as an Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bear, Stearns & Co.

Don joined Spire Capital in 2006 as CFO/CCO, overseeing fund administration, investor relations, compliance, and accounting due diligence, while working with portfolio companies' finance teams. He previously served as CFO of Iron Oak Development, CFO/COO of Specialty Brands, and Regional Controller at Wawa Food Markets, and holds an accounting degree from Widener University.

Sean joined Spire Capital as a Principal at its founding in 2000 and focuses on sourcing and leading transactions, building industry and executive relationships, and investor relations, spending significant time in business services, information services, software, and media. He previously worked at Waller-Sutton Media Partners, Waller Capital Corporation, and Arthur Andersen's Valuation Services Consulting Group, holds a BS from Binghamton University and an MBA from NYU, and earned his CFA designation in 1996.

Brad joined Spire Capital in 2017 and focuses on transaction sourcing, executing new investments, and portfolio company management. He previously worked as an associate at Solamere Capital and as an analyst in Barclays' Healthcare Investment Banking Group, and holds a business degree from the University of Georgia.

Jordan joined Spire Capital in July 2021, focusing on transaction sourcing, executing new investments, and portfolio company management, and also serves as a Director at Green Security. He previously worked as an analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking group at Bank of America and holds a finance degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Zach joined Spire Capital in 2022 and works with portfolio companies on operational improvement and finance, while also assisting the firm's CFO with fund administration. He previously served as SVP, Director of Finance at Univest Financial Corporation and began his career at KPMG in Deal Advisory and Audit.
