He serves on the Boards of Even Group, Axity, DHA, and Baker, with work spanning Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile that covers strategy, capital allocation, M&A, and governance. His background includes private equity, venture capital, strategy, and operating leadership, and he has overseen real estate platforms such as Planigrupo and Javer.

Raul Sotomayor is Community Relations Lead at Spring and has a background in business management.
