George has 27 years of experience in private equity, financial advisory and investment banking, and is a founding managing partner and investment committee member of SouthBridge Europe Mezzanine. He previously held senior roles at EFG Telesis and EFG Eurobank and has executed numerous M&A and restructuring projects.

Member of the investment team who also served as an Investment Committee Member of Southbridge Europe Mezzanine SCA SICAR.

Pantelis has 18 years of experience in private equity, financial advisory and investment banking, having held senior roles at EFG Eurobank. He is a CFA charterholder and has worked on numerous corporate finance and restructuring projects.

Alexander is a partner at law firm Potamitis Vekris with extensive experience in banking, financing, energy and corporate law, specialising in energy project and acquisition financing, securitizations and structured finance. He has contributed to reforms of Greek corporate and insolvency law.

Kimon has 14 years of experience in corporate law, is a Civil Law Professor and member of the Athens Bar Association, and holds a PhD, LL.M. and LL.B. from the University of Athens.

Michalis has 11 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and financial advisory, previously in Eurobank's investment banking team advising on M&A transactions and at Deloitte Athens. He is a CFA charterholder.

Solon has 23 years of experience in financial analysis and strategy, with senior positions at Telesis Securities/EFG Eurobank Securities and Titan Cement. He holds multiple professional certifications including CIIA and RICS membership.

Stathis has 11 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, with senior roles at Piraeus Bank, Grivalia Properties REIC and Praxia Bank. He is a CFA charterholder.

Thymios joined SouthBridge in 2024 with experience in investment banking, leveraged and structured finance and private equity, having worked at Citi, BNP Paribas Asset Management and Quilvest Capital Partners in Paris and Eurobank's Structured Finance team in Greece.
