Jean-Baptiste Lagier serves as Directeur Marketing, Stratégie et Innovation at Sienna Investment Managers. His background includes work as a senior consultant in strategic consulting, where he contributed to projects in private equity and the definition of strategic plans.

Véronique de Kersaint-Gilly is Directrice générale déléguée at Sienna AM France, where she oversees operations, risk, legal, and compliance functions and serves as RCCI. She previously worked as Director and Lead Lawyer within the finance department at Société Générale, and practiced law at Cabinet Gide in its Banking & Finance department, including four years based in Shanghai focused on foreign investment in China. Since 2013 she has taught in the Master 222 asset management program at Paris Dauphine, having earlier led tutorials in security law at Paris Cité from 1997 to 2000.
