Sébastien Guillaud is co-founder and Managing Partner of Shift4Good, a €220m impact venture fund focused on sustainable mobility that launched in 2023 and has invested in 17 companies across Europe, Southeast Asia, and India. He previously co-founded Hera Capital and served as CEO of the fintech startup Welcome Real-time, which was sold for US$50m. Based between Singapore and Paris, he holds a Master's in Management from EM Lyon and has been a Singapore Permanent Resident since 2004.

Julien Baumont began his career in finance and audit in 2007, later joining a PwC-powered corporate accelerator in 2012 where he advised European tech start-ups and SMEs on international expansion, due diligence, strategic planning, and fundraising in B2B software and industrial goods. From 2016 he spent nearly seven years at the European Investment Fund investing in European VC funds focused on disruptive technology and climate innovation, leading over 40 fund investments and taking advisory board seats across 14 countries. He joined Shift4Good as Partner in 2023 to build an early-stage investor focused on sustainable mobility. He holds a DEA (Master Research) in International Economy from Université Grenoble Alpes.

Amélie Arthus-Bertrand is a Partner at Shift4Good focused on decarbonization investments. She brings over 15 years of experience in the European tech sector and private markets, including work on fundraising for companies and funds, transaction execution, and operational management across multiple geographies. Her background combines investment expertise with operational knowledge of financial markets.

Glenville Lee began his career at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), where he structured public-private partnership deals with multinational corporations in the cleantech sector, including a S$250 million investment by REC Solar into solar PV manufacturing and R&D. He later moved to an EDB division focused on corporate innovation and venture capital, handling end-to-end VC deal operations from sourcing to portfolio management for Seed to Series B deals. He holds an honours bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and has passed the CFA Level 1 examination.

Magnus Lundin is a Venture Partner for the Nordics at Shift4Good, with a background as an entrepreneur, CEO, and innovation leader. He spent over 20 years in the innovation ecosystem, including as part of the founding team of a VC-backed company that was later publicly listed, a board member, and CEO of several organizations. In venture capital and corporate innovation, he has worked with Siemens' venture firm N47, Scania, and since 2022 InnoEnergy, where he managed a portfolio of more than 20 companies in the Nordics.

Akrish Jhaveri is a VC analyst at Shift4Good, a firm focused on sustainable transport and mobility investing. He previously worked as a corporate finance intern at Provident Capital Partners in Singapore, gaining experience across M&A deals, capital raising, and an IPO. He holds a BSc in Economics from Singapore Management University.

Florent Barret began his career in banking at BNP Paribas in France in 2007, then founded PrettyCar, a no-water car cleaning service, in 2008. He moved to Singapore in 2011, worked at advisory firm Soft Venture, and joined growth capital investment firm Hera Capital in 2012. He became involved with Shift4Good in early 2021 and holds an Advanced Master's degree in entrepreneurship from EMLYON.

Françoise Le Poulichet is co-founder and managing partner of Shift4Good, a private equity fund, and serves as an executive coach. With 30 years of experience in investment and entrepreneurship across Asia and Europe, she has advised management teams on strategic, transitional, and operational matters at board and executive levels. Based in Singapore, she holds integral coaching certification and works with clients on professional and personal challenges.

Hippolyte Durand Seidl is Impact Leader at Shift4Good, where he works with portfolio companies on their impact strategies, supports investor relationships, and helps shape how decarbonisation is measured and communicated. He previously worked on AI strategy for medical imaging at Bracco Imaging in Milan and on M&A in wealth management at Cyrus Conseil in Paris, and completed two internships at Shift4Good in Paris and Singapore before joining full-time. He holds a Master in Management from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Economics & Management (Financial Engineering Track) from Paris Dauphine University and UCL.

Olivia Chavassieu Martin has more than 15 years of international experience in marketing, communications, and journalism. She started her career as a journalist for national newspapers in Sydney, Hong Kong, and Singapore, then moved into advertising and digital strategy across media, retail, finance, F&B, and e-commerce, later working as a consultant and fractional CMO. Before joining Shift4Good, she spent two years at a food and agri-tech venture capital firm, and she holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Runpei He is a VC Analyst at Shift4Good, a firm focused on sustainable mobility. He previously interned with the Sustainable Banking team at Crédit Agricole CIB and worked with BNP Paribas CIB on projects including AI strategy and post-acquisition integrations, before joining ENGIE New Ventures, a corporate VC fund focused on cleantech in the energy sector. He holds a Master's in International Economic Policy and an undergraduate degree in Economics & Sociology, both from Sciences Po Paris.

Su Ting Ho is a Senior VC Analyst at Shift4Good who entered the investment field through internships, beginning at Haiyi Holdings, a family office active in real estate, technology, and commodities. She later interned at Reefknot Investments, a venture capital fund focused on supply chain technology, where she conducted sustainability research and built an ESG framework to assess portfolio companies. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with Honours from the National University of Singapore, with a double major in Finance and Psychology.

Judith Toledano is a Senior Associate at Shift4Good focused on sustainable transportation. She began her investing career at Quadia, an impact investing fund in London, then worked at the EdTech investor Educapital and in an operational and strategy role at the French scale-up Yoobic before joining the founding team of Estari, a growth capital platform for European sustainability companies, where she covered the full investment process and helped build its impact strategy. She holds a Master's in Management from ESCP Europe Business School and a Master's degree from University Carlos III in Madrid.
