He holds credentials as a Chartered Public Auditor and Registered Accountant in Italy, has served as a tax advisor in financial and industrial sectors, and previously partnered with Oaklins Arietti while managing Italian development capital SPACs. Milano also lectures at the University of Economics and has consulted on EU Commission-funded projects.

Giuseppe Mario Sartorio is Managing Partner at Scouting Capital & Family Advisors, an independent corporate finance and family office advisory firm. He has advised companies and shareholders on mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, stake sales, initial public offerings, and capital raises, with focus on the consumer, food, cement, and mechanical sectors. He holds a Master's degree in finance with a major in Investment Banking from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bologna.

Attilio Conta is a financial advisor at Fondo Euregio + Turismo with experience in strategic and financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises. His background includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, and debt advisory across the food and beverage, fashion, energy, circular economy, and mechanical industries. He serves as director at Scouting and board member at L'Eroica.

Carlo Corsi is a Managing Director at Scouting Capital Advisors with over 12 years of experience advising Italian and foreign companies and financial investors on corporate finance transactions and business development. His expertise spans investment banking, strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, valuations, and due diligence. He holds three master's degrees with distinction from top-tier universities.

Carlo Manzato is Managing Director of Business Development at Scouting SIM Family Advisors. He has held senior roles in private banking and advisory, including Head of the Global Advisors Team at UniCredit Private Banking starting in 2007 and Head of Advisory and Sales at Credit Suisse Italy from 2015. His career background spans investment banking with experience in financial institutions, fixed-income, and derivatives.

Claudio Manfredonia has been with Scouting Capital Advisor since January 2023, following an internship there in mid-2022. Earlier he interned in risk management at Santander Consumer Bank, focused on consumer auto lending. He holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School (studying in Turin, Madrid, and Paris with a specialization in investment banking and finance) and a bachelor's degree in finance from Università Federico II di Napoli.

Davide Vallosio has been an Associate at Scouting Capital Advisor since January 2023. He previously interned at Amazon's finance department in Luxembourg and at the Milan-based investment bank Cross Border, working on M&A deals in the healthcare and industrial sectors. He holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School, with studies in Turin, Madrid, Berlin, and Paris specializing in investment banking, and a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Turin.

Eugenio Pieri has been part of Scouting Capital Advisors since October 2024 as an Analyst. He earned a master's degree in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control from Università Bocconi, including an exchange semester at Aston Business School in Birmingham, UK, and previously completed a bachelor's degree in Business Economics at the University of Bologna. He also interned in Luxembourg within a Generali Group subsidiary in the Planning and Control department.

Francesca Ferrari has been with Scouting Capital Advisors since 2010 as an office assistant. She previously worked as a marketing business analyst at Eleven Srl from 2007 to 2010 and completed an internship in market research and communication at Piramix Srl in 2006. She holds a master's degree in economics and marketing and a first-level master's in the commercialization and logistics of agri-food products, both from the University of Parma.

Luca Cerrato joined Scouting Capital Advisors in February 2024 as an Analyst. He previously interned at WRM Group, a private equity fund focused on distressed operations, and in the finance department of SKF AB. He holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School with a specialization in Investment Banking and Entrepreneurship, and a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Turin.

Marco Pulci is a Portfolio Manager at Scouting Capital & Family Advisors, where he manages two separate GPM lines with approximately €200 million in assets under management. His experience encompasses financial markets analysis, macroeconomic data evaluation, and the use of equity and bond instruments for asset management, supported by proficiency in Bloomberg. He has developed expertise in the evolving regulatory framework governing investment advisory services.

Romina Foschi has worked at Scouting Capital Advisors since March 2022 as an office assistant. Her prior roles were at companies in the textile/fashion, electric motors, and high fashion sectors, as well as a consortium supporting the University of Bologna. She earned a professional diploma as an accounting analyst from IPSSC "C. Macrelli" in Cesena in 1994.
