Bob Ritchie is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of SAIC, where he leads technical strategy, governance, and enterprise roadmap integration for government customers, and oversees initiatives such as SAIC's Mission Labs. He joined SAIC in 2005 as a software engineering intern and previously led the company's software practice, focusing on secure cloud adoption, DevSecOps, and cloud-native solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and was named WashingtonExec's CTO of the Year in 2025.

Hilary Hageman is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of SAIC, where she oversees legal, internal audit, internal controls, ethics, and risk-management functions. She previously served as general counsel and corporate secretary of Cubic Corp., handled legal aspects of M&A including the company's roughly $3 billion sale, and later held a general counsel role at a satellite manufacturer, with earlier senior legal positions at CACI and the U.S. Department of Defense. She holds a Master of Law from Georgetown University, a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and a B.A. in history from Vassar College.

Jim Reagan is the Chief Executive Officer of SAIC, appointed in February 2026 after joining the company's board in January 2023. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Leidos Holdings, and held CFO roles at Vencore, PAE, and Aspect Communications, along with earlier senior positions at MCI Telecommunications, Nextel, and AMS. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.

Kathleen McCarthy is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at SAIC, where she oversees strategic HR initiatives including talent management, workforce strategy, talent acquisition, and learning and development. Before joining SAIC in May 2025, she held Chief Human Resources Officer roles at GE Aerospace's Defense & Systems business, GE Aviation, and GE Digital, and earlier served as SVP and Chief Talent Officer at American Express and in talent roles at Thomson Reuters. She began her career at Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company and later led HR at the startup eFinanceWorks.

Prabu Natarajan is CFO and Executive Vice President of Enterprise Operations at SAIC, where he oversees accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, planning and analysis, and investor relations, and has led acquisitions, divestitures, and capital deployment initiatives. Before joining SAIC in 2021, he held finance leadership roles at Northrop Grumman, including vice president of financial planning and M&A and CFO of its information systems sector, and earlier worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and AES Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Madras and Master of Law degrees from Queen's University and Harvard Law School.

Ravi Dankanikote is the Chief Growth Officer at SAIC, where he leads enterprise growth strategy and go-to-market efforts. He has more than 30 years of growth leadership experience in government contracting, previously serving as Chief Growth Officer at Peraton, Senior Vice President for Business Development at SAIC, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategic Growth and GWAC Operations at CACI. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering in Bangalore, India.

Vinnie DiFronzo leads strategy and solutions delivery for SAIC's Air Force, Space and Intelligence Business Group, overseeing a team of 7,000 professionals delivering C5ISR, training systems, data and AI, and systems integration for intelligence, space, and defense customers. He joined SAIC in 2015, holding roles including Account VP and Operations Manager SVP, and previously worked at an aviation technology startup and in program management and business development roles at Alion, Scientific Research Corporation, and ARES Corporation. Before his business career, he had an Air Force career commanding at squadron, group, and wing levels with two Pentagon tours and 3,600 flying hours in the F-15C and A-10. He holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and National War College.
