Gregg Bauer is Managing Partner of ScaleUp Labs and co-founder of the South-North Venture Fund. With over two decades of experience in venture capital and company building across the United States, Latin America, and Europe, he previously co-founded Spinnaker Venture Partners in Boston and S2NRG, which developed renewable energy projects for industrial clients. Bauer also founded Accelerate Colombia in 2018 and Accelerate Italy in 2021, cross-border acceleration platforms that informed ScaleUp Labs' current focus on applied AI companies in healthtech, advanced manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Mark Roth is a co-founder and partner at ScaleUp Labs, where he focuses on identifying and developing applied AI startups addressing real-world challenges at the intersection of digital and physical technologies. He also serves as a partner at Spinnaker Venture Partners, a venture development advisory firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Roth is a serial entrepreneur with experience founding and developing technology-based ventures.

Oliver Sanchez is founder and CEO of Extrasense Tech, a software company that enables users to identify, track, and report pest activity in industrial and residential settings. The company is currently piloting its platform with two Fortune 500 companies.

Óscar Tobón is Chief Financial Officer at Rio Cal SAS with over two decades of experience as CFO and CEO across mining, agribusiness, construction, and infrastructure sectors. He has structured projects valued at over USD $7.7 billion and participated in M&A and foreign investment negotiations totaling nearly USD $1 billion. Tobón holds an MIT Sloan Advanced Certificate in Entrepreneurship and a management engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and currently works on technology-based startups with a focus on artificial intelligence applications.

Rosa Zuluaga is a Harvard-educated executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles including CEO, Executive Director, and Ambassador positions. She co-founded Accelerate Colombia and the Corporation Development Solution, bringing expertise in business development, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, marketing, and communications. Her educational background includes a Master's in Management and Strategic Management from Harvard and a Master's in International Marketing from ESMA Barcelona.

Sebastián Gonzalez is an Industrial Engineer with over 17 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship across Latin America. As CEO and Managing Partner of South North Ventures, he advises on corporate venturing and venture capital strategy, with expertise in technology management and startup scaling. His work spans project development, investment fundraising, and international expansion across networks in Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

Greg Geehan is co-founder and managing partner at ScaleUp Labs, a venture lab focused on applied AI companies addressing validated industry problems in healthtech, energy, and advanced manufacturing. He leads capital strategy and partnerships, connecting founders from underrepresented regions with U.S. investors, customers, and regulatory expertise.
