It backs companies showing growth in sales, profits and headcount with a strong management team and sustainable cash generation. Loans typically range from £0.5 million to £5 million, repaid over two to five years, and can sit alongside senior debt. Funds support capital expenditure, new technology, hiring, overseas expansion, marketing and R&D. The firm has committed £200 million to support such businesses, offering a faster, less dilutive alternative to equity finance.
