It favors scalable online platforms and SaaS businesses across Europe and the CIS, preferring founders to remain on board or incentivizing external management via buy-ins. Beyond its core strategy it pursues special-situation deals other investors avoid, valuing speed, operational expertise, and flexible investment horizons. Deployment reaches up to EUR150m cash at close and EUR250m total per transaction.
