Josh Brown met Barry Ritholtz in 2010 and began working with him on retirement portfolios in 2011. In 2013, he co-founded Ritholtz Wealth Management in New York City along with additional partners, focusing on client service, research, transparency, and accountability.

Kris Venne began his career as a financial advisor trainee at a major wirehouse in January 2008. He is one of the co-founders of Ritholtz Wealth Management, which he launched alongside Barry Ritholtz, Josh Brown, and Michael Batnick after they worked together at a firm in New York City. He works with the firm's advisors and partners to grow the business.

Michael Batnick works at Ritholtz Wealth Management, having joined after connecting with Josh Brown. He began his career in a sales role at a life insurance company and later focused on long-term investing and client wealth management. He wrote the book "Big Mistakes: The Best Investors and Their Worst Investments," which examines the investing errors of well-known investors.

Anna Chaiken has worked in finance for over a decade, starting at a small independent firm in Chicago. She joined Ritholtz Wealth Management and was involved in launching the firm's Chicago office.

Ben Carlson joined Ritholtz Wealth Management in late 2015 to build out the firm's institutional and family office division. He focuses on serving individuals and organizations, and co-hosts the Animal Spirits podcast with colleague Michael Batnick.

Bill Artzerounian began his career in public accounting before moving into helping families manage and grow their money. At Ritholtz Wealth Management, his work centers on tax planning as part of the broader financial planning process. He was a long-time reader of the firm's content prior to joining.

Blair duQuesnay is a financial advisor at Ritholtz Wealth Management with over 20 years of experience in the RIA world. She began her career as a sales assistant at a brokerage firm before learning investing and financial planning, later relocating to New Orleans and joining the firm. She holds a BBA from the University of Georgia and a master's from the College of Financial Planning, and is both a CFA charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER.

Brian Rosen is a member of the team at Ritholtz Wealth Management. Before joining the firm, he spent more than a decade trading, where he developed experience in markets and risk management. He now focuses on financial planning and managing risk for the firm's clients.

Chris Carey works at Ritholtz Wealth Management (RWM). Born and raised in the UK, he became familiar with the firm through its content before joining the team; he is involved with the BritishAmerican Business Network, CIPUSA, and other local organizations.

Colleen Parker joined Ritholtz Wealth Management as employee 11, together with Anna, Brian, and Jonathan, forming the firm's Chicago office. Prior to joining, she and her colleagues operated their own small registered investment advisor before partnering with the larger organization.

Dan LaRosa is an advisor at Ritholtz Wealth Management who specializes in 401(k)s and other corporate retirement plans. He works with employers across various industries to help them understand their fiduciary responsibilities and navigate ERISA regulations, and focuses on educating plan participants about retirement. He holds the AIF and QPFC designations and has 14 years of experience.

Gary Pulford began his career in the investment industry in 1983 at Merrill Lynch and later Kidder Peabody before moving to the fiduciary side of the business. He spent about 35 years at several independent investment advisory firms and a regional trust company before joining Ritholtz Wealth Management, and focuses on trusts and estate planning and long-term investment guidance. He holds a bachelor's degree in Financial Management from California State University, Long Beach and a CTFA designation from the American Banking Association.

Gisela Warner works at Ritholtz Wealth Management, where she was drawn to the firm for its focus on industry education and client communication. She co-chairs the Performance Arts Group at Archbishop Stepinac High School and mentors a middle school student at the Harlem Academy Charter School.

Jalen Randolph is a financial advisor at Ritholtz Wealth Management, where he focuses on building financial plans to help clients balance present enjoyment with future preparation. He holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, and has about eight years of experience. He learned about the firm through its podcasts and media appearances before joining after meeting the team in Charlotte.

Jay Tini works at Ritholtz Wealth Management, where he helps manage the firm's growth. Before joining RWM, he supported Vanguard's relationships with RIAs in New York. He holds an MBA and has more than 25 years of experience.

Jonathan Novy started his career at an insurance company broker-dealer before joining Ritholtz Wealth Management, where he helped open the firm's Chicago office in 2018. He works as a financial advisor focused on client relationships and fiduciary advice.

Kyla Candelaria works at Ritholtz Wealth Management. She began her career at a financial advising firm during college, where she gained experience in financial planning and investing, and holds an RPF Certificate.

Nathan Gilmore began his career as a Trusts and Estates attorney in Norfolk, Virginia, advising clients on estate planning strategies before moving into wealth management. He focuses on helping clients build comprehensive estate plans that align with their legacy goals. He holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Business Management from Florida State University and a JD (Cum Laude) from the University of Richmond School of Law.

Nick Maggiulli works at Ritholtz Wealth Management, where he helps scale operations and applies data science and programming to improve the client experience. Before joining the firm, he worked in litigation consulting and data analytics for five years and started a personal finance blog. He holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Patricia Hatzfeld works in compliance at Ritholtz Wealth Management. She previously spent years as a regulator in the financial services industry, leading national programs reviewing broker-dealer and registered representative compliance with securities laws and rules, before moving into a compliance role in the investment advisory sector.

Taylor Hollis is a financial advisor at Ritholtz Wealth Management. She previously worked as an Associate Advisor at an RIA firm, then at a multi-family office, and later served clients as an Investment Advisor at an independent trust company before joining RWM.
