His background includes leading projects and working as a mechanical draftsman for rolling mill equipment, providing after-sales service, equipment overhauling, spare parts management, and rolling mill modernization. He has also worked as a technician for rolling mill guides and on the optimization of rolling mill processes for long products.

Giulio Marconi is an Investment Manager in the equity team at Riello Investimenti SGR, an alternative investments firm with over €450 million in assets under management. He has more than nine years of experience in private equity and corporate finance, having previously served as CFO of First Advisory (now Firstance), a private insurance platform. Earlier in his career, he worked at a consulting firm focusing on M&A, company valuations, and restructuring.

Michele Bonomi is a Senior Manager at Riello Investimenti Partners SGR. His areas of expertise include investment research, market analysis, financial valuation and modelling, asset management, and performance monitoring.

Cristina De Marchi is the Chief Investment Officer at Booster NZ. Her experience spans roles as Chief Investment Officer, General Manager, and Board Director/Chair, with a focus on investment management and wealth businesses in Australasia.

Federica Loconsolo is Head of Institutional Investors, Business Development and ESG at Riello Investimenti Sgr, with a background in the investment management industry covering areas such as asset management and mutual funds. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Italian Sustainable Investment Forum (Forum per la Finanza Sostenibile) and is a member of the Comitato di Indirizzo of the Finance and Risk Management Faculty (FRIM) at Parma University.

Umberto Ronco graduated in Political Economics from Bocconi University in Milan in 1982 and has since worked in the financial sector, including roles in Air Liquide's Italian finance division and in asset management at firms such as Mediolanum, Euromobiliare-Sogesfit, Aureo Gestioni, and BNL Gestioni. From 2000 to 2009 he served as general manager of BNL Gestioni SGR and subsequently as Deputy Chief Executive of BNP Paribas Asset Management, overseeing individual portfolio management and alternative investment funds. In 2010 he co-founded Quantyx Advisors, a firm providing risk management services for alternative investment funds, where he serves as Managing Partner and coordinates asset valuation of unlisted holdings in private equity and venture capital funds.
