Finance and accounting executive who previously served as Red Cat's CFO from March 2025. His background includes leading finance at Western Steel Buildings, 11 years at PwC, and senior finance roles at Nu Skin Enterprises. He is a CPA with degrees from Brigham Young University.

Finance executive with over 20 years of experience across IPOs, M&A, and business transformations, spanning consumer electronics, e-commerce, gaming, and media. He previously held finance leadership roles at Skullcandy and helped establish Varex Imaging as a public company, and spent seven years at Ernst & Young. He is a CPA.
