Joined Rangatira Investments in July 2020 after a decade at Mercury NZ in executive roles, including managing its 2013 IPO and serving as CEO of subsidiary Metrix. Earlier he worked in investment banking at ABN AMRO and Deutsche Bank, and now sits on several portfolio company boards.

Joined Rangatira Investments in June 2022 from Cameron Partners, where she advised on M&A and capital raisings. Holds honours commerce and arts degrees from the University of Auckland and sits on the board of portfolio company Rainbow's End.

Joined Rangatira Investments in 2018 after four years in PwC's corporate finance practice. A CFA charterholder with commerce and business degrees from the University of Otago, he sits on the board of Boulcott Hospital and on LP advisory committees of two of Rangatira's VC fund managers.

A leading New Zealand commercial lawyer with expertise in governance, capital markets, M&A and private equity; she serves on boards including Fletcher Building, Fonterra and Tourism Holdings and was made an ONZM in 2016.

Appointed a director of Rangatira in 2024 and a member of the audit committee. Spent a 39-year career at KPMG, including over seven years as CEO, and serves on the boards of BNZ and Keni Investments.

Appointed a director of Rangatira in April 2026. A long-career executive in the Australasian steel and manufacturing sectors, he was managing director and CEO of Vulcan Steel from 2011 to 2025 and became its board chair in 2026.

Joined Rangatira in June 2025 as Finance Manager on a part-time basis. A qualified accountant who began her career at KPMG, she previously served as Finance Manager at Boulcott Hospital.

A director of Rangatira since 2011 and Chair of the Board from July 2025. Founding CEO of Kiwibank, he holds governance roles across companies including Westpac NZ, Adminis and Fire Security Services, and has previously been involved with Xero, PartnersLife and Synlait.

A chartered accountant who qualified with Arthur Andersen, Tony began his career in manufacturing before spending over 20 years in insurance. He has significant responsibility across the portfolio businesses, with expertise in general management and M&A.
