Investment thesis
Potok operates an online crowdlending platform serving Russian small and medium-sized businesses. Borrowers (companies and sole proprietors that are clients of any Russian bank) create an application and upload bank statements for automated analysis, after which an investment offer with loan terms is generated. Investors β Russian tax-resident individuals aged 18+, sole proprietors, and legal entities β fund the loans, which are disbursed as a single transfer once fully collected. Loan amounts range from RUB 100,000 to RUB 20 million with terms of 1 to 24 months. Repayments flow back through the platform's nominal account and are distributed automatically to investors' accounts.
