Her background includes investor relations and communications work involving C-suite executives, boards, and limited partners.

Susanne Larsson is Head of Investor Relations at Polaris Private Equity and a former Big 4 partner. She has 27 years of senior leadership experience across business transformation, general management, strategy, and commercial excellence, including marketing and communication, with work spanning multiple sectors. Larsson also serves as a board professional and mentor.

Greg Hamill is a founder shareholder and investor at Beltrae Partners. He graduated from Queen's University Belfast in 1974 with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and later qualified as a chartered accountant, working at Deloittes and Price Waterhouse before becoming finance director at Belfast International Airport, where he was one of three directors who led its 1994 management buyout. Since leaving the airport in 1996, he has worked as a private equity investor across corporate and property transactions.
