He previously directed International Power's global M&A activities for eight years as part of the group's Executive Team and chaired its Investment Committee, later leading AES development and M&A activities for Europe, CIS, and Africa, and has built and served as CEO and CFO of his own distributed generation business developing over 100MW of gas reciprocating engine projects across five UK greenfield sites.

Sean Neely leads the UK office and has over 30 years of M&A and development experience in the international power sector, having led acquisitions of thermal, wind and pumped storage assets across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a mechanical engineering degree from Imperial College London.

Gustav Brobert is Chief Operating Officer and Authorised Manager at Andreas Capital, a regulated wealth management and multi-family office firm. In this role, he oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, including personnel, processes, IT systems, controls, external service providers, and the implementation of regulatory requirements.

Before joining Polaris, he led the Luxembourg branch of a corporate administration company, and from 2011 to 2020 he worked for an alternative fund administrator servicing private equity and venture capital clients in the United Kingdom and Luxembourg.

Stephanie Erev is Interim Head of Sustainability at Polaris Private Equity, working at the intersection of sustainability and capital markets with over 15 years of experience across private equity, hedge funds, and academia. She previously served as ESG and IR Advisor to FSN Capital, where she contributed to green transition and ESG commercialization strategies across the portfolio and helped position the firm's ESG efforts ahead of fundraising. Her background includes investor relations and communications work involving C-suite executives, boards, and limited partners.

She has 27 years of senior leadership experience across business transformation, general management, strategy, and commercial excellence, including marketing and communication, with work spanning multiple sectors. Larsson also serves as a board professional and mentor.

Greg Hamill is a founder shareholder and investor at Beltrae Partners. He graduated from Queen's University Belfast in 1974 with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and later qualified as a chartered accountant, working at Deloittes and Price Waterhouse before becoming finance director at Belfast International Airport, where he was one of three directors who led its 1994 management buyout. Since leaving the airport in 1996, he has worked as a private equity investor across corporate and property transactions.
