Co-founder and advisor of One Roof; a former corporate professional who helped build the platform to support women starting and scaling businesses.

Loraine Gatawa is the CEO and Co-Founder of One Roof, an Australian community for women entrepreneurs that transitioned from a women's co-working space into a digital platform supporting over 35,000 women through events, programs, and community. She serves as a board member of the Australia Malaysia Business Council, is Entrepreneur in Residence at the edtech startup HEX, and hosts a podcast on femtech and women's health called "The New Script." She was named in the 2025 Top 50 Young Entrepreneurs in Victoria and Top 250 in Australia, and has lived and worked in Manila, Hong Kong, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, and Boston.

A former corporate lawyer, Thabiso Foto co-founded One Roof, a professional community supporting women in business, which she spent a decade building and scaling. She currently serves as General Manager of Hellomello™, an Australian telehealth provider specialising in alternative healthcare that supports over 50,000 patients nationwide, with a focus on women's health including perimenopause, menopause and hormone health. Foto holds a Bachelor of Laws and Arts (Media & Communications) from the University of Melbourne, is a qualified Legal Practitioner, and has been a finalist in awards including the AFR 100 Women of Influence Awards and Telstra Business Women's Awards.
