Ben Jeffreys is CEO and Co-Founder of ATEC Global, where he leads development of IoT stoves designed to address clean cooking and climate change through Web3.0 technology, connecting households in emerging markets with carbon credit and pay-as-you-go financing opportunities. With over nine years in this role, he has directed the scaling of the social enterprise. He holds a Bachelor of Business with Honours in International Commerce and Marketing from Queensland University of Technology and serves as a Board Member at Nexus for Development.

Chanvibol Meng is a technical expert and project manager with over 15 years of experience in sustainable development across Asia, with focus areas in renewable energy, water supply, and sanitation. He currently works as a freelance consultant and part-time Technical Services Manager at Nexus for Development, where he supports carbon project development, carbon financing, and clean energy initiatives. His previous roles include Technical Manager for Cambodia's National Biodigester Programme and Program Officer at the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Cambodia.

Jeffrey Lamb is a Strategic Advisor at Pegasus Capital Advisors focused on capital deployment for sustainable investments in emerging markets. He has mobilized over $300 million in blended finance across infrastructure and real asset projects in the blue and green economies, working with private equity firms, family offices, climate funds, governments, and multilateral organizations. His experience spans fund design, capital raising, deal sourcing, and engagement with institutions including the Green Climate Fund and the UN.

Jochen Nimtschek is Regional Lead Market Development at MasterCard. He previously spent nine years at Bain & Company advising on technology services, payments, and financial services across Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia, with functional expertise in customer strategy, marketing, customer experience design, and sales effectiveness. Prior to Bain, he held a pre-sales role at a payment technology start-up operating in Europe and the United States.

Lester Ang is Senior Director for Asia Pacific and Japan at Zscaler. He has led strategy development and execution teams across technology businesses ranging from $100M to $4+ billion in annual sales, with prior experience at Monitor Deloitte and Cisco in general management and operational roles across US and APAC markets.

Monichesda Nem is a Senior Marketing Executive at Nexus for Development with experience across marketing strategy, digital strategy, content creation, data analytics, and social media management. Nem holds bachelor's degrees in Management from France and Business Administration from Cambodia, and has participated in international exchange and fellowship programs including the Erasmus+ Programme, BRIDGE Fellowship, US-ASEAN STIC Programme, and Future Financial Leaders of Tomorrow Programme. Nem has worked in international nongovernmental organizations, international trade and development, financial services, e-commerce, insurance, FMCG, fintech, education, and accommodation sectors.

Silke Neugebohrn is a German-qualified lawyer with over 20 years of experience in international development, foreign investment law, and carbon markets. She previously advised multinationals on business law and foreign direct investment in China for more than a decade before transitioning to sustainability and climate finance. As Carbon Portfolio Manager at Nexus for Development, she manages carbon credit sales, buyer relationships, and legal agreements for development projects.

Sovanna Mean is a Carbon Finance Project Manager at Nexus for Development, where she oversees a portfolio of carbon finance projects and activities. Her work focuses on sourcing, developing, and monitoring carbon finance initiatives throughout Southeast Asia.

Suy Choup currently serves as Head of HR and Operations at Nexus for Development, a Singapore-based organization, where he manages financial planning, fund administration, human resources, and participates in organizational decision-making. Previously, he held positions as Finance and Administration Officer at Diakonia, a Swedish international organization operating in Cambodia, and as Project Coordinator for a U.S.-based organization managing USAID-funded initiatives. Choup holds a Master's degree in Development Management with specialization in grant and organization management, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics for Development from Pannasatra University of Cambodia.

Theary Khut is a Finance Manager at Nexus for Development with several years of public policy experience. He has expertise in budget development, forecasting, cash flow management, staff management, and payroll administration, and provides financial analysis and reporting to management and boards of directors.

Thomas Blackburn is Vice President of Sales and Partnerships at SustainCERT, where he leads a global team supporting project developers and companies with greenhouse gas verification and carbon reduction programs. With over 15 years in the sustainability and carbon sector, he has worked across multiple industries and geographies on Science-based Targets, Scope 3 measurement, and carbon neutrality initiatives. Previously, he spent six years in Southeast Asia developing funds and partnerships for low-carbon projects, and holds an MA in International Development Studies with a focus on Environmental Economics from The George Washington University.
