Edward Jones is a Managing Director at Neu Capital, which he founded in 2015. Before that he spent five years in special situations for Royal Bank of Scotland's Asia Pacific balance sheet, working on transactions across sectors including financial services, retail, media, and manufacturing throughout Australia, New Zealand, and China. At Neu Capital he has led transactions from $10m to $250m, focusing on structured finance facilities for non-bank lenders, growth capital, and special situations restructures and exits. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics and Finance from Bath University.

Joshua Khoddami is a Managing Director at Neu Capital, which he founded in 2015 after six years advising Australian mid-market companies. Earlier in his career he worked on strategic planning for Australian mid-market companies across sectors including ecommerce, property, technology, biotech, financial services and legal. At Neu Capital he leads the origination team, working with listed and private companies seeking debt funding. He holds an Honours of Business from the Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Thomas Renda is a Managing Director at Neu Capital and also a Managing Director of EMK Capital. He has over 36 years of banking experience, with prior roles including National Head of Emerging Corporate at ANZ, State General Manager SA/NT and Head of Corporate Banking Victoria at NAB, and General Manager Corporate Banking Victoria at CBA. During his institutional banking career he worked on large transactions for clients such as Australia Post, General Motors, Toyota Finance, Sydney Airport, Bluescope Steel and Coles, and has managed teams of up to 170 people and portfolios of up to $12 billion.

Harry Morrison is an Associate Director at Neu Capital, which he joined in early 2021. He previously worked as a junior analyst at Killara Capital, focusing on horticulture and real asset deals. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Alan Cameron is a Senior Adviser at Neu Capital with more than 30 years of experience in asset-backed finance and securitisation, having worked across the UK, continental Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. He spent 16 years as an Executive Director and Head of Securitisation and Asset-Backed Structured Finance at Macquarie Group in Sydney, covering Europe and Asia. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a B.Com from the University of Edinburgh.

Alec Watson is a Senior Analyst who joined Neu Capital in 2025. He previously interned at Macquarie Group and Pinnacle Investment Management. He earned a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Honours) from the University of Queensland.

Candice Blackburn joined Neu Capital in April 2023 as Marketing Manager. She previously worked in digital marketing, content creation, PR, and eCommerce across agency and in-house roles in industries such as fashion, interior design, hospitality, medical, law, and real estate, most recently as eCommerce Manager for jewellery brand Saint Valentine Jewellery. She holds a Bachelor of Communication from the University of Newcastle.

Fiona Zhang joined Neu Capital in 2023 as an Associate and works on the firm's securitisation team, focusing on structuring and analysis of loan book transactions. Before joining, she interned at Grant Samuel and Pemba Capital Partners. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Advanced Studies from the University of Sydney Business School, with double majors in Finance and International Business.

James Baker is an Associate at Neu Capital, which he joined in 2023 after a capital markets role at iPartners. He graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Accounting Scholarship, majoring in Accounting and Finance, completing internships at UTS and Macquarie Group and passing CFA Level 1.

Mike Hade works as an independent consultant to Neu Capital and has over 35 years of banking experience focused on securitisation, credit, structuring and coverage. He spent most of his career at CBA in roles including Head of Client Securitisation, Head of Securitisation Conduits, Lead Relationship Executive for Financial Institutions, and Executive Advisor of International Financial Services. Through his own structured finance consultancy, he advises emerging non-bank lenders in Australia and New Zealand on growing and optimising their capital resources.

Pavle Drca is a Senior Analyst on the Deal Execution team at Neu Capital, which he joined in early 2025. He previously worked at Westpac and Olvera Advisors, building experience in credit analysis, lending, and corporate restructuring. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, along with an honours in finance.

Sean Mishra is a Senior Associate on the Deal Execution team at Neu Capital, which he joined in 2023. He previously worked in M&A advisory at TCA Partners and in debt advisory at Fulcra Financial, and has since worked on transactions involving structured finance and LBOs. He holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
