Maximilian Tayenthal is Founder and Co-CEO of N26, a mobile banking platform, which he built alongside co-founder Valentin Stalf. Prior to his co-CEO role, he served as Chief Financial Officer of The Mobile Bank and held consulting and financial positions at CMS and Booz & Company. Tayenthal holds bachelor's and master's degrees in economics and business administration from the University of Vienna, a master's degree in economics from the Community of European Management Schools, a law degree from the University of Vienna, and is a CFA charterholder.

Arnd Schwierholz became Chief Financial Officer of N26 in February 2023 and joined the Management Board of N26 SE as Managing Director in September 2024. He is responsible for the group's Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Tax, M&A, and Investor Relations functions. Between January and March 2026 he also acted as Interim Co-CEO of N26.

Aytac Aydin joined N26 in July 2026 as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of N26 SE and N26 Bank SE. He oversees the company's Technology, Operations, Legal, and Procurement functions, focusing on building scalable infrastructure to support N26's growth.

Anke Ulrich joined N26 in 2016 and is a long-tenured member of the company's leadership team. She contributed to the founding of N26 Bank SE and the development of N26's legal function, and became General Counsel of N26 Group in 2020.
