Investment thesis
Moorfield takes a research-led approach to private equity real estate, identifying needs-based demand drivers in segments where fit-for-purpose real estate is undersupplied. Its core theory is that providing occupiers with what they want yields high occupancy, low vacancy costs and above-trend rental growth, which in turn supports compressed yields and strong capital growth for investors.
