Francis Moore trained as a chartered accountant at Moore Stephens LLP in London and also qualified as a chartered tax advisor. Previously part of the Moore Stephens LLP family office team, he now serves as a director at Moore Family Office working with the MFMS Group, focusing on UK tax and taxation matters for international families. In 2018 he was recognised by ePrivateclient and Accountancy Age in their respective 'Top 35 under 35' lists, and he co-authored a chapter in the second edition of the STEP Family Offices handbook.

Richard Moore is a chartered accountant who spent his career at Moore Stephens, serving as managing partner and senior partner of Moore Stephens LLP in London and chairman of Moore Stephens International during its transition to Moore Global. In early 2019 he founded Moore Family Office within Moore Global to serve the international families he had worked with over several decades.

Alice Baker began her career at Deloitte LLP in the UK/US High Net Worth team, working with individuals connected to both the UK and US, and holds qualifications as a tax technician, chartered tax advisor, and IRS enrolled agent. She joined Moore Family Office in May 2021, where she focuses on tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and families, particularly those who are non-UK-domiciled or have US connections.

Amy Griffin joined Moore Family Office in September 2022 as a graduate and holds a chartered accountancy qualification with the ICAEW. She works on accounting matters at Moore Family Office and serves as an audit supervisor at Moore Stephens PCS.

Barney Trumper joined Moore Family Office in December 2024 as a graduate and is pursuing chartered accountancy qualifications with the ICAEW. He works on accounting and audit matters for the Moore Family Office Group and Moore Stephens PCS Limited.

Cindy Glasby is a lawyer and notary who previously worked with the Moore Stephens Family Office team in the UK and overseas. She now serves as a consultant to Moore Family Office within the Moore Family Office Group, focusing on international structures and related legal matters.

Francesca Tognollo joined Moore Family Office in November 2022, moving from Evelyn Partners where she had worked mainly in the family office team. Jenna Buckle joined Moore Family Office in June 2024, having previously worked at Gerald Edelman where she qualified as a tax technician. Lauren Perkins joined Moore Family Office in January 2026 in a marketing capacity, handling branding and marketing across Moore Family Office and the wider MFMS Group. Her responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, coordinating campaigns, managing client engagement initiatives, and organising events.

Lynne Webster worked at Moore Stephens LLP for over 38 years in various accounting administration roles and supporting the senior partner. She joined Moore Family Office in September 2019 as a personal assistant to the directors, and also handles administration for several grant-giving charitable trusts along with payroll and outsourcing matters.

Martin Pollock is a Senior Manager at Moore Family Office, where he is responsible for trusts and outsourcing. He previously worked for 18 years in the Moore Stephens LLP Trusts & Estates team, and his experience covers administration, accounting and tax compliance for UK trusts as well as establishing and running charitable trusts, including registration with the Charity Commission. He holds a STEP Diploma in Trusts & Estates.

Max Ivory joined Moore Family Office in November 2025 as a graduate and is pursuing the tax pathway with the Association of Taxation Technicians and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He works on compliance matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.

He is a chartered certified accountant and chartered tax advisor, handling both compliance and advisory work for UK and overseas companies within the scope of corporation tax, with a focus on capital allowance claims.

Sean Bondonno joined Moore Family Office in July 2024 as a graduate and is pursuing chartered accountancy qualifications with the ICAEW. He handles accounting and audit matters for the Moore Family Office Group and Moore Stephens PCS Limited.

Tara Groenig joined Moore Family Office as a Senior Manager in November 2022. She works with Moore Professional Services Limited in the Cayman Islands, providing audit and assurance services to the alternative investment fund industry across Cayman Islands, BVI, and Delaware domiciled funds.
