Momentum Invest backs profitable French SMEs with strong growth potential operating in attractive segments of the services sector. Target companies have revenue of €10M-€100M and operating profit above €1M, with ambitious management teams. The firm invests €4M-€20M per deal, combining operational and financial expertise to support tailored transformation plans. It manages two FPCI funds totaling over €265M, raised from numerous private investors, around ten institutional investors (including the European Investment Fund and Bpifrance), and its own partners. ESG, the general interest, and ethical values are integral to all its investment decisions.
