Investment thesis
Mind Fund invests in and incubates early-stage entrepreneurial companies across the US and Asia, with a particular emphasis on artificial intelligence and blockchain/distributed ledger technology. Through its partnership with Tokyo and San Francisco-based Digital Garage, it co-invests in a Global Incubation Stream of companies. The firm led a Series A round for Flipagram (later merged into ByteDance) and has backed accelerators such as Zeroth.AI and Helix (with Hedera Hashgraph), as well as blockchain gaming firm Animoca Brands. It combines capital with hands-on incubation to help build the next generation of global technology companies.
