MetaFund is a nonprofit CDFI dedicated to expanding economic opportunity and creating impact in underinvested communities. It provides flexible financing and forms partnerships with banks, philanthropic investors, government entities, and community leaders to mobilize capital for organizations aligned with its focus areas of work, housing, and health. Since 1999, the organization has deployed over $470 million and leveraged $540 million in co-investments to help communities prosper, supporting projects such as workforce and mixed-income housing that cannot be financed through traditional channels.
