With over 15 years of experience in go-to-market strategy and partnerships, she previously built partner programs at Boast.AI that generated multi-seven-figure revenue, including a partnership that delivered $500K+ in new revenue and doubled partner-sourced close rates. She is an angel investor and advisor to over 100 startups, a founding team member at Farm At Hand and GrowLab, and serves on the board of the Immigration Employment Council of BC.

Adriana Arteaga is an Originations Associate at Merchant Growth. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Trinity Western University, with experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Aziz Ahmed serves as Executive Vice President of Technology at Merchant Growth. He has experience in leadership, systems architecture, and strategic project management at a fintech startup that ranked among Vancouver's top 10 fastest growing companies for two consecutive years.

Dimitri Kosturos serves as President and CEO of VWR Capital Corp., a mortgage lender operating since 1994 that specializes in first, second, and third mortgages on residential real estate across five Canadian provinces. The firm administers over $750 million in mortgages and works with mortgage brokers, offering training support to partners.

Jesse Uretsky is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Peerage Capital Group, a firm focused on business services platforms that he developed using a professional partnership model refined over four decades. Peerage operates three platforms: Peerage Realty Partners, one of North America's ten largest residential real estate brokerage firms; Peerage Wealth Management, whose partner network has more than $10 billion in assets under management; and Vaultra Self Storage, a Canadian self-storage operator with over 30 facilities. The organization uses its own capital and employs more than 6,000 people.
