Craig Tozer is Board Member and COO/Finance Director at El Jannah and Chairman of Adora Fertility. Jaslyn Lancken is a Non-Executive Director with experience across financial services, residential property renovations, and investor relations. Her background includes roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank focused on client services and trade execution, as well as project management experience leading FATCA remediation initiatives. She currently serves as Board Director at LVP Foundation and advises on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance matters.

Nicky Carp is a former lawyer and business leader who served as co-founder and executive director of UHG, a health-tech company, for 20 years until its acquisition in 2019. She currently serves as executive director of Prac3 Group, High Street Medical Clinic, and the UHG Foundation, while holding non-executive director positions at several organizations including Novira Health and Cranbourne Foundation. Previously, he served as Director of Investments and Strategy at Roc Partners and Head of Private Markets at Qantas Super, where he managed private equity, real assets, and alternatives portfolios and established a ~$750m multi-strategy impact vehicle investing across disability housing, aged care, sustainable seafood, and green energy sectors. He also held the position of Head of Private Markets Corporate Development & Strategy at Abrdn, where he led corporate development and strategy for a £67bn AUM private markets business and served as programme director for the integration of Standard Life and Aberdeen's investment functions, encompassing £660bn in assets.

Steve Day is Director of Rocklee Capital and Operational Advisor at LVP, with over 39 years of experience in real estate spanning development, investment, and fund management. His career includes founding or co-founding multiple property businesses—including Valad Property Group (ASX-listed 2002) and Echo Capital (merged with Propertylink in 2011)—and leading Propertylink through its ASX listing in 2016 before its acquisition by ESR in 2019. He currently serves as Director and Advisor for Grosvenor Group's Australasia operations and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and fellowships with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Property Institute.

Sue Channon is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in Australian healthcare management. She served as Group CEO of Virtus Health from 2010 to 2020, leading the company's expansion into diagnostics, day hospitals, and international services, and overseeing its listing on the Australian Stock Exchange as the first publicly listed fertility business globally. She subsequently held the position of Group CEO at Evolution Healthcare in New Zealand from 2020 to 2023, and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Genea Fertility.
