Anton Levy is founder and managing partner of Layer Global, an investment firm. Previously, he was co-president, managing director, and global head of technology at General Atlantic, where he spent 27 years leading investments in internet, marketing services, and media companies including Airbnb, Alibaba Group, CrowdStrike, Facebook, Klarna, Mercado Libre, Slack, Snapchat, Squarespace, and Uber. He serves on the board of Warner Bros. Discovery and holds trustee positions at WNYC, Mount Sinai Hospital System, and the University of Virginia's endowment, and is chairman of Streetwise Partners. Levy began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley focused on technology, and holds a B.S. in commerce with degrees in finance and computer science from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Zachary Kaplan is co-founder and partner at Layer Global, an investment firm focused on high-quality, innovative, and fast-growing technology companies. He previously co-founded Cove Hill Partners, a private equity firm managing over $4.5 billion in commitments, where he served on the boards of companies including Storable, LiveAuctioneers, and Caring.com. Prior to Cove Hill, Kaplan spent eight years at General Atlantic, where he led global internet and technology investments, deployed over $1.8 billion across approximately 12 new investments, and participated in the firm's first Southeast Asia technology investment and investments exceeding $500 million in China. He began his career as an M&A investment banker at Greenhill & Co. and holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
